We aim to display all products, colours, and fabrics as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, screen settings, and photography, slight colour variations may occur.

Measurements and sizing are approximate and may vary slightly between styles and fabric batches.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after processing has begun.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, resale abuse, or misuse of promotions.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Full Price Items

Exchanges are permitted on full-price items only, provided that:

• The item is unused, unopened, unworn, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging remain intact
• The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
• Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items that have been opened, worn, used, washed, scented, damaged, or altered in any way.

Sale & Discounted Items

All discounted, sale, clearance, promotional, or marked-down items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened hijabs or fashion items

6. Faulty Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for products that are genuinely faulty or significantly different from what was advertised.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faulty.

Claims for faulty items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order, including clear photos and proof of purchase.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or carrier issues outside our control.

• Delayed deliveries
• Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate before placing an order.

Additional shipping fees may apply for returned parcels due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries.

8. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items may have extended processing and delivery timeframes. Estimated dispatch dates are approximate and subject to change.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are available.

9. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes:

• Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
• Must be applied at checkout
• Cannot be added after purchase
• Are not redeemable for cash
